Spam: This is the common term for unwanted, unsolicited, and often commercial messages sent in bulk to a large number of recipients.

UBE (Unsolicited Bulk Email): This is the formal, technical term for spam.

Junk Mail: Another common term for unwanted email, often used interchangeably with spam. 

• An email bounce usually occurs due to issues like a bad domain name or a bad user account name.
• However, a temporary issue like the domain server being down is not a major or common cause for permanent email bounce.

• Unsolicited electronic messages sent for promotional purposes are called Spam.
• These are often sent in bulk (Unsolicited Bulk Email or UBE) and are frequently used for commercial advertising, phishing scams, or distributing malware. 

The Email field typically accepts one email address at a maximum of 254 characters. Although older standards suggested up to 320

• The CC (Carbon Copy) field is an optional part of an email structure.
• It is used to send a copy of the message to secondary recipients who are not the primary audience but should stay informed.
• If you do not wish to copy anyone else on the email, this field can be left entirely blank without affecting the email's deliverability. 

The Trash folder (also commonly referred to as Bin or Deleted Items in some email clients) is the designated storage area for emails that a user has deleted from their Inbox or other folders. It serves as a temporary safeguard, allowing users to recover accidentally deleted messages for a specific period (typically 30 days) before they are permanently erased by the system. 

The Archive folder is used to: Store emails for reference without cluttering inbox. 

Junk or Spam folders primarily contain unsolicited, unwanted, or potentially harmful emails that have been automatically filtered out of the main inbox. 

Emails that have been successfully sent are stored in the Sent folder (or Sent Items folder).
